Up for Election

At the AGM this year the following officers will be due for election/re-election:

Treasurer, Rally co-ordinator and Secretary

Nomination forms have been sent out to everyone by Chris Pike who would be grateful if you could return them by 30 Sept. 2008 at the latest.

Proposed Rally in France

The committee have been looking at campsites in the Royan area for June/July 2009, for 12 nights, subject to availability and price.

Rally Updates

The following rallies have been updated

Cornish Farm Touring Park - AGM Rally - Bookings by 18 Sept. 2008 with payment in full + rally fee.

Itinerary: Friday Evening - The White Horse Inn, Supper & Skittles, cost £6.50 for adults, children under 16 free. Transport will be provided on site at 7.45pm, at a cost of £1.50 per adult should anyone want to use it.

Saturday Evening - Corfe Village Hall, Buffet, quizzes & karaoke, cost £7.50 per adult, children under 16 free.

Sunday Morning - AGM - Corfe Village Hall, start 10.00am, coffee/tea & biscuits.

Tregoad Holiday Park - New Year Rally - Bookings by 4 Oct. 2008 with payment in full + rally fee.

Fees: £59.00 for 3 nights + £2.00 rally fee - 30 December 2008 - 2nd January 2009

Any extra persons for food on New Years Eve @ £6.50 per adult & £3.95 per child.

Fee is for unit + 2 adults inc. electric, hot buffet on New Years Eve with a glass of bubbly at midnight. Firework display, dancing & disco to the wee small hours.

Rally Change

Trewince has now been cancelled and rebooked at Planet Park, Delabole, Cornwall with Paul & Diane Ching as marshals. Due to late changes, should anyone like to book this rally, availability can be checked. The price is £15.00 per night plus £2.00 rally fee.

Rally Changes

Rally No: 9 Ladram Holiday centre has now been changed to Woodlands Leisure Park, this change is due to the site wanting to charge an extra £10.00 per unit to stay on past 10.00am on the Sunday, which the south west committee found unacceptable. Price per unit at Woodlands will be £15.50 per night with the addition of £2.00 for a hook-up. Marshals for this rally are Chris & Chris Ellison, as previously advertised.

Rally No: 15 Bude Holiday Park has now been changed to Hedley Wood, the price is still to be confirmed. Marshals for this rally are Andrew & Lesley Moss, as previously advertised.

Christmas Rally

The Christmas rally has now been confirmed as Tregoad Holiday Park in Looe. The price per night with electric is £13.50 and the meal prices are for an adult £12.95 and for children £7.95.
